The Next Step Of The 2016 Skiff And Multihull Selections
Following the selection of the Nacra 17 as the Mixed Multihull and 49erFX as the Women's Skiff for the 2016 Olympic Sailing Competition the International Sailing Federation are pleased to announce the next steps.
Following the selection of the Nacra 17 as the Mixed Multihull and 49erFX as the Women’s Skiff for the 2016 Olympic Sailing Competition the International Sailing Federation are pleased to announce the next steps.
The ISAF secretariat will be controlling the initial order of distribution for Member National Authorities including the first 100 Nacra 17 boats or until 1 September 2012. ISAF will also control the release date of the 49erFX masts and sails provisionally until 31 July 2012.
MNAs are encouraged to order directly from the manufacturers (or their dealers) before 15 June 2012 and orders will be expected to be authorized by the MNA.
