Olympic Equipment Feedback Form

The Olympic Equipment Feedback Form has been developed by World Sailing to collect structured feedback on equipment used across Olympic sailing classes.

To report suspicious approaches or activities related to Olympic equipment manipulation not permitted by class rules, please use the Equipment Manipulation Hotline.

Report an Incident

The purpose of this form is to support ongoing monitoring of equipment performance, safety, manufacturing quality, and compliance with class rules.

Sailors, coaches, technical staff, and Member National Authorities (MNAs) are encouraged to report any issues encountered, ranging from structural failures and premature wear to performance inconsistencies or safety concerns. The information gathered will help identify trends, improve equipment standards, and ensure fairness and reliability across all Olympic classes.

All submissions are treated with appropriate confidentiality, and respondents may choose to remain anonymous. The data provided will be used solely for equipment evaluation, safety assurance, and regulatory purposes in line with World Sailing policies.

Your feedback is essential in maintaining the integrity, safety, and high performance of Olympic sailing equipment.

Information submitted through this form will be managed under World Sailing’s whistleblowing procedure.
