Ahead of the Women’s RS:X Medal Race the sailors are passing through the Mixed Zone.

In addition, watch and find out who’s in contention:

Marina Alabau – Spain

I’m keen to go to the water and show everything I’ve trained for. I’m going to do my best, forget about the contenders, medals and the future and focus on my speed and my feelings. I’ve done it already so I know how to do it.

It was a regular night with the protest, I slept fine with a siesta so I’m fine. Everything has gone well with the protest.

Charline Picon

I am happy to be in this position because it’s an exciting for a Medal Race to have six girls in five points. I know I have to sail my best race today so I hope the wind will be good. It’s quite light, not the normal weather so we will have to wait and could have a long day and we’ll have to stayt fpocuised.

When the boys are going out I have to do my warm up with my music but at the moment I’m just waiting.
