Friday - ISAF Sailing World Cup Qingdao - How to Follow - Day 3

Consistent racing on Day 2 pushed new leaders to the top of the tables across the fleets so there are new targets to aim for on Day 3.

Keeping ahead of the Nacra 17 fleet with strong and consistent finishes are the Singapore team of Justin Liu and Denise Lim who have really come to Qingdao with the bit between their teeth in their quest to gain Olympic qualification.

Britain’s Lorenzo Chiavarini and Canada’s Isabella Bertold catapulted themselves to the top of the Laser and Laser Radial leader boards with great races and high finishes on Day 2, and will look to continue the good form they are showing in the strong currents.

Day 3 of sailing in Qingdao will see cloudy conditions with chances of occasional showers throughout the day. The wind will be coming in from the south east early in the morning and moving southerly later on. Wind is expected to be around 6-10 knots with gusts of up to 13.
