Registration Deadline For ISAF Classes Committee Representatives

Delegates representing classes at the ISAF Classes Committee meeting during this year’s ISAF Annual Conference must register their attendance on the ISAF website by Friday 23 October 2009.

An ISAF Class may appoint one member to the ISAF Classes Committee meeting, which takes place on Saturday 7 November 2009 during the ISAF Annual Conference in Busan, Korea.

For ISAF Classes who wish to send a representative to Korea, there is a requirement for the class representatives to register by Friday 23 October 2009 as detailed in the following link:

Please note: even if the class representative is a member of another ISAF Committee they still must complete the registration form.

In addition, the name of the one member appointed together with the name of the class they will be representing should be advised to Nobert Marin at the ISAF Secretariat at norbert (at) isaf.co.uk also by 23 October.

On arrival at the Conference venue, the class-appointed member of the Classes Committee must check-in and receive their ISAF name badge in order to access an ISAF Meeting. They will also receive a conference pack including some invitations to social functions. Failure to register by the deadline may result in you not being accredited as a Committee member and not receiving a conference pack.
