Greece’s Sofia Bekatorou will fight in honour of her sister, Dr. Varia Bekatorou, at Rio 2016 after she passed away earlier this year. It would have been easy for Sofia to step away from her Nacra 17 Olympic campaign with Michalis Pateniotis however her steely determination will not only see her compete, but bear the flag of Greece at the opening ceremony!
