Shanghai Far East Composite Material Technology  Co., Ltd. (“Far East Boats”) was founded in 2002 by Mr. Lu Weifeng, who has won the “World Nautical Model Competition” three times world champion. With strong design capabilities and professional quality, Far East Technology is dedicated to sailboat R&D and manufacturing, and is listed as one of Shanghai’s high technology enterprises.

Now, led by Mrs. Demolar Du, Almost hundred of colleagues in Far East Technology are making contributions to the development of sailing sports in China. Far East Technology is not just the only world-famous sailboat brand from China but also the pioneer enterprise in diversifying a sailboat brand. Far East Technology has over 60 dealers in the world covering 50 countries. Starting in 2010, the company began its involvement in club operations and sailing trainings, and succeeded in hosting a commercial regatta at Dishui Lake in Shanghai, opening up the field of commercial regattas.
