Day #2 Morning Report - How to Follow the 2018 Marseille World Cup Series Final
It will be a slow start on day two for the 212 sailors, from 34 nations, competing in Marseille, France for the 2018 World Cup Series Final.
It will be a slow start on day two for the 212 sailors, from 34 nations, competing in Marseille, France for the 2018 World Cup Series Final.
Racing is scheduled later than usual because of low southeastern wind speeds in the morning, reaching 5-7 knots. However, the wind will pick up in the latter part of the day and is expected to be averaging around 8-12 knots. The first set of fleets expected to start at 12:00.
There will be a cloudy overcast over the Paris 2024 Olympic sailing venue and a slight chance of showers but the clouds are forecasted to clear up as the afternoon moves along.
