Day three of the 2017 World Cup Series in Hyères, France again welcome the over 500 sailors from 52 nations to a cloudy and overcast boat park.

There may not have been perfect conditions on day two as the Laser and RS:X fleets fell behind on the schedule, but there was a perfect day for the Netherlands’ 470 sailors Afrodite Zegers and Annaloes van Veen.

There will be a WNW breeze of 5-11 knots for the morning with the wind turning and picking up for a westerly 18-22 knot breeze in the afternoon.
 
The Laser class will have three races in an effort to catch up on their schedule and all ten Olympic classes as well as Open Kiteboarding and the 2.4 Norlin OD will be hopeful for a full day’s sailing with a very strong day forecast for day four.

Racing is scheduled to commence on Tuesday 25 April at 11:00 local time. Live Medal Races will be shown on the World Sailing YouTube Channel on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 April, bringing the penultimate event before the Santander Final to a close.
