Race Officials Manager
 
This is an exciting role within World Sailing that will see the Race Officials Manager working with a wide range of stakeholders and volunteers from around the world.
 
The Race Officials Manager will work to deliver the overall strategic goals set by the World Sailing Council, Board and Race Officials Committee and support the work of the CEO and Director of Events.
 
The Race Officials Manager will be the key link between the World Sailing Executive Office and the Race Officials Committee with Race Officials around the world and all key stakeholders.
 
The Race Officials Manager will need to help build on the existing Race Official programmes to ensure continued growth at an elite level and to ensure growth in the numbers of Race Officials around the world.

Communications & Digital Manager
 
This is a role that will require a broad skill set in sports media comms and marketing; as well as international federation institution communications. In regard to the former there is a need to manage the social and digital comms team at World Sailing; and to build a team of key freelance experts who are able to add resource to events,  and then manage them to the highest standard of execution. In terms of managing the communications and reputation of World Sailing, the role requires a high level of political awareness and navigation skills in order to manage the internal and external flow of communications
