Day 3 - More of the same at Sailing World Cup Qingdao
It's as you were at the Sailing World Cup Qingdao as the light winds and strong currents continue for day three of competition.
It’s as you were at the Sailing World Cup Qingdao as the light winds and strong currents continue for day three of competition.
On a humid but overcast morning, the sailors take to the water expecting much of the same when they start racing. A southerly wind blowing at 10 knots and gusting to 12 accompanies the strong Qingdao current that the competitors have come to expect.
With points gaps opening up at the top of some of the seven fleets it will be a day which could make or break a podium chance, while others fleets continue to jostle for top spot in a tight competition.
