Rio 2016 Paralympic Games Notice of Race released

The Notice of Race for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Sailing Competition has been released.

The competition begins on 7 September and runs until 18 September at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the competition format for all events is fleet racing.

Taking place at the Marina da Glória, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the Rio 2016 Paralympic Sailing Competition will feature 80 athletes competing across the Single-Person Keelboat (2.4 Norlin One Design), Two-Person Keelboat (SKUD18) and Three-Person Keelboat (Sonar).

Athletes, coaches, trainers and other team officials shall comply with the Paralympic Charter, as well as with the World Sailing rules, in order to be eligible for participation in the Rio 2016 Paralympic Sailing competition, and shall be entered by a National Paralympic Committee (NPC).
