Sailors in the RS:X, Laser and Laser Radial are ready to rock and roll for the first day of racing at the Aquece Rio – International Sailing Regatta 2015, or as it’s better known as, the Olympic Test Event.

A light northern breeze greeted the early risers this morning with Rio’s winter sun warming things up. As the day progresses the breeze is expected to switch to the south with 5-10 knots of breeze expected inside Guanabara Bay. Outside of Guanabara Bay a breeze in the region of 10-15 knots with some gusts expected.
