On 14 April, ISAF received an appeal from Mr Paul Henderson (CAN) concerning his formal complaint against the members of the International Jury of the 34th America's Cup (Bryan Willis, Graham McKenzie, David Tillett, Josje Hofland and John Doerr). The appeal was against the decision of ISAF not to pursue a disciplinary case against the jury members because there was no case to answer (based on Mr Henderson's complaint).

On 14 April, ISAF received an appeal from Mr Paul Henderson (CAN) concerning his formal complaint against the members of the International Jury of the 34th America’s Cup (Bryan Willis, Graham McKenzie, David Tillett, Josje Hofland and John Doerr). The appeal was against the decision of ISAF not to pursue a disciplinary case against the jury members because there was no case to answer (based on Mr Henderson’s complaint).
With the agreement of both parties, the appeal was heard by Dr Dieter Neupert (SUI) and on 31 July 2015 he dismissed the appeal and upheld the decision of ISAF that there was no case to answer.
This decision is final and binding and is not subject to any further appeal.
