2013 ISAF Annual Conference Visas And Transfers

Please note the following instructions regarding visas and delegate transfer to the Al Bandar and Al Waha hotels on the Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa:

Visas
 
Delegates eligible to obtain visas on arrival must ensure they have sufficient local currency (Omani Rials) or GBP, US dollars, Euros, Swiss francs to pay for their visa as payment by credit card is not acceptable. Visas can be purchased from the bureau in the immigration hall on arrival in Muscat.

Delegates not eligible to obtain visas on arrival must report to the visa counter and present the email copy of the visa sent to them in order to receive the original visa.

Transfers 

Delegates who completed the forms for the free transfer service to the Al Bandar and Al Waha hotels should report to the desk where the ISAF logo will be displayed. The desk will be located airside on arrival in Muscat before passing through passport control.
