2018 ISAF Sailing World Championships - Bid Guidelines

The International Sailing Federation (ISAF) has published guidelines for candidates bidding to host the 2018 ISAF Sailing World Championships.

The ISAF Sailing World Championships brings together the World Championships of all the events included in the Olympic Sailing Competition.

The ISAF Worlds is held every four years, two years before the Olympic Sailing Competition. The next edition is due to take place in Santander, Spain in 2014 with previous Championships held in Perth, Australia, Cascais, Portugal and Cadiz, Spain.

The guidelines for venues intending to bid to host the 2014 ISAF Worlds include the schedule for the bidding process. The ISAF Executive Committee will select the host for the 2018 ISAF Worlds in May 2014.
