ISAF Notice of Race and Sailing Instruction Guides Updated And Available To Download
Following on from the worldwide implementation of the 2009-2012 edition of The Racing Rules of Sailing on 1 January 2009, the updated guides for creating a Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions are now available to download from the ISAF website.

Following on from the worldwide implementation of the 2009-2012 edition of The Racing Rules of Sailing on 1 January 2009, the updated guides for creating a Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions are now available to download from the ISAF website.
The Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions Guides give organizers a simple guide to creating the key documents that will govern the competition at their events. The new versions of the guides are available to download in Word and template formats, making them easily adaptable for different events.
Following on from the publication of the 2009-2012 edition of The Racing Rules of Sailing the following documents have been updated:
Appendix K, Notice of Race Guide, in template format – download here

Appendix L, Sailing Instructions Guide, in template format – download here
Appendix L, Sailing Instruction Guide, in template format that will make it easy to produce a set of Sailing Instructions for an event.
Appendix LE, Expanded Sailing Instructions Guide, in Word format – download here
Appendix LE, Expanded Sailing Instructions Guide, in Word format. This is an expanded version of Appendix L containing provisions applicable to even the largest and most complicated multi-class events, and variations on several of the sailing instructions found in Appendix L. This version includes sailing instructions for a Medal Race.
