Today’s sailing was once again delayed by over an hour before the wind picked up. The first race started with no hitches with a wind at about six knots climbing to about ten by the end of the first race.

There was a general recall in the second race and the Race Officer, clearly wiser, immediately put up the black flag for the second start! The race was hotly contested once again.

Behind ESTAUGH and ROWLEY, the Pakistani team of Mamoon SADIQ and Abdul HAMEED remain the closest challengers. They recovered from a disappointing eleventh in the day’s first race, two post a second in race six to stay within touch of the leaders.

Two top ten finishes saw the Indian team of Naresh YADAV and C MURGAN climb up into third place overall.
