Opening Yngling Class Office

Over the past years the Yngling class has been growing rapidly around the world. Many new boats are being built and Yngling Associations are developing in many countries.

The intention of the Yngling class is to provide a good service to all Yngling sailors, old and new ones worldwide.

Due to the increased workload, the Yngling Class General Meeting of 2004 decided to employ an Executive Secretary to handle the day to day work of the class and the communication with other organizations.

Selected for the work was Mattias DAHLSTRÖM (SWE), who is experienced in the Yngling class work and a Yngling sailor for many years.

The office is set up in Helsingborg, in the south of Sweden. However the major part of the work will be done by mail, e-mail, phone and fax.
