Six Races Completed
When the athletes headed out yesterday morning it looked like it would blow stink at 22 knots. A front swept through to the South causing the winds to drop considerably during the first race.
When the athletes headed out yesterday morning it looked like it would blow stink at 22 knots. A front swept through to the South causing the winds to drop considerably during the first race.
Winds were shifty during the second race and did a 180 degree shift before they got off a third. All other classes called it a day and went ashore. The Race Committee on the Byte course came through in the clutch, reset the course, and got off a third race. With six races in the bag and one drop, the top three in the Gold Fleet remain the same: Issac BUSSIN, Calvin ZHI YANG LIM and Jake MUHLEMAN. Nicole BASTET moves into the top female position.
In the Silver Fleet – Archibald, Kestenbaum and Thomas occupy the top three spots. Nothing is wrapped so it will all come down to tomorrow…
