Final Report
Martin JOHNSSON / Jorgen JOHNSSON / Augie HERNANDEZ won the 2003 North American Soling Championship finishing 4th. just enough in front of his direct opponent Joe / Rose HOEKSEMA / Mike WOLF.
Martin JOHNSSON / Jorgen JOHNSSON / Augie HERNANDEZ won the 2003 North American Soling Championship finishing 4th. just enough in front of his direct opponent Joe / Rose HOEKSEMA / Mike WOLF.
Just one race was scehduled on the fourth day and an increasing wind from from 15-25 knots from the SSW allowed the Race Officer to setup the course as an Olympic triangle where the fleet found themselves in big breeze on the reaches. Plenty of speed but very few wipe outs were encountered.
Altough Charlie KAMPS / Len DELICEAT / George PETRITZ won the last race, it was not enough to finish in a better place than it was the day before.
Jim MEDLEY / Chris ROBERTS / Joe GRIESER manage to score a sixth place in the final race finishing in fifth place overall in a triple tie between local teams Steve DOLAN / Tim ROY / Eric ROMAN & Dave CRYSDALE / Gareth SMAIL / Gwen KUBER, the tie was won by the Seattle team because of the victory in race 6.
