Paco WIRZ (ITA) Cruised To Victory In A Wonderful 18 Knot Breeze Yesterday.
Beaten only once during the whole event and that by Paul LEONE (GBR) who closed his event by DNFing for the first time in his life.

A crucial DNF it was too. It dropped him to third overall. The beneficiary of his misfortune being Ryszard PIKUL (POL) who scored a second and a third in the stronger breezes yesterday.
Jean ASIA (FRA ), first grand master, finished a creditable fifth overall scoring a third and a fifth on the final day.
One could not have hoped for better conditions; better winds; better race committees or for that matter a happier atmosphere in which to compete. This event will go down as a classic in the history of raceboarding and will encourage more to compete in Bulgaria next year (July 31st > Aug 6th)
