New Record Course Recognized

Subject to ratification the inaugural record for Around Hawaii has been claimed.

More accurately known as the “Around the Big Island of Hawaii” course, a distance of 251 nm, the inaugural record has been claimed by “Fast Company” – an Olson 30′ monohull, skippered by Mitch Green USA and a crew of 4.

The elapsed time of the passage was 2 days 7 hours 10 minutes 58 seconds.
