Millbourn Leads Semi - Final

Following the two round robins in the ISAF Grade 1 Criterium Women’s Match Racing in Calpe, Spain, the four international semi finalists are known.

ISAF World Ranked number 2, Mallin Millbourn (SWE) predictably topped the leaderboard with a total of twelve wins over the preliminary stages, affirming her position already prior to next months ISAF Women’s World Match Racing Championship.

She was joined in the semi finals by Nina Braestrup (DEN), Sabrina Gurioli (ITA) and Christelle Phillipe (FRA). So far, in the best of five races which were sailed yesterday, Millbourn leads Phillipe 2-0, and Gurioli and Braestrup are tied at 1-1.

Racing concludes today with the continuation of the semi Finals, and the final match.
