Ideal Conditions on Day 3 in Palamós

The third day of races at the XXVII Christmas Race in Palamós saw sunshine and a stable 8 to 10 knots from the South West.

The good weather conditions made it possible for all classes to complete their schedule of races yesterday after a disappointing lack of wind on Saturday lead to the cancellation of racing for all classes.. The 49er fleet has now sailed 4 races and the remaining classes have sailed 3 races. All boats were back ashore at around 5pm and a doping control was carried out. Protests were presented in the Laser, 470 men and Finn classes.

The regatta started on Friday with an excellent 20 knot Southwesterly breeze enabling all classes to complete three races.
