Racing Postponed

There was no racing today at the One Ton Cup in Saint-Tropez, France.

With extremely windy weather, the race committee decided not to hold any race, to ensure the boats remain in good conditions to be able to race tomorrow, for which improved weather conditions are forecast.

The 2001 One Ton Cup champion and ISAF Vice-President George Andreadis is in St Tropez ready to defend his title. On board George Andreadis’ IC45 Atalanti X for 2002 is Paul Cayard and the crew will not only be aiming to defend the title, but to match last year’s win which they achieved with two races to spare.
