Subject to WSSR ratification, Emma Richards (GBR) in her Open 60 Pindar has established a new record for Transatlantic Women's Single-handed Monohull, in a time of 13 days 1 hour 14 minutes and 36 seconds.

This is the inaugural record for this category and is a welcome addition to the WSSRC lists.
In the Transatlantic Women’s Single-handed Multihull category, Forence Arthaud (FRA), in Pierre 1er holds the record set in 1990 with a time of 9d 22h 52m.
