Sundby and Bovim (NOR) Lead After First Day of Gold Fleet Racing
After convincing sailing on the firt day of the finals of the MasterCard European Championship for 49ers the Norwegians Sundby/Bovim took a step towards their first European Title in the 49er class.

After five races Christoffer Sundby and Frode Bovim are seven point ahead of Spanish World Champions Iker Martinez and Xabi Fernandez.
The racing took place in beautiful conditions and a steady northwesterly breeze 8-12 knots.
The championship will conclude tomorrow.
