Singapore Sailing Federation Seeks Optimist Coach

The Singapore Sailing Federation is seeking an Optimist Coach to assist us with the development of our Optimist National Training Squad.

The coach will be required to work very closely with the current Optimist coach to develop and train Optimist sailors to reach world racing standard and meet performance goals.

CRITERIA:

1. Has a proven track record.
2. Process relevant coaching certification
3. Able to speak and write in English
4. Self-motivated, dynamic and self-discipline
5. Has good communication sill
6. Enjoys working with children
