Currently two boats are sheltering off the west coast Ireland, and since the start at Plymouth 14 boats have been forced to retire.
When conditions settle the boats will set off on the next leg to Lerweck. Those that have completed their 48 hour stop over since they arrived in Barra are free to set off whenever they decide to.
