AYF Seek Participation and Sport Development Manager

The Australian Yachting Federation is looking to employ a Participation and Sport Development Manager.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant would be responsible for the development and delivery of a broad range of programs designed to ensure yachting as a sport and as a recreation is improved and made accessible to all Australians.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Training

Sport Development

Club Development

Coach Education

Officiating

This is a diverse and challenging role, with an initial work emphasis in the development and delivery of training schemes. Experience in and an understanding of the Australian National Training Framework will be essential.
