Day One

Ben Ainslie (GBR) who recently departed the One World Challenge for the Americas Cup has had a spectacular first day in his debut regatta in the Finn Class.

Ainslie is leading the Finn fleet at the Princess Sofia Trophy taking place in Palma, Majorca, Spain.

The first day’s racing took place in light and tricky conditions. Having the best day out of all the classes was Paul Goodison (GBR) with three bullets in the Laser Class.
