Entering the Albatrossâ?? World

At the front of the Volvo Ocean Race Fleet the only change happened in wind speed, which dropped from 30 to 15 knots, forcing the crews to shake out reefs and put up larger and more powerful headsails.

Two pairs of boats are engaged in very close battle. Djuice is chasing Tyco in just 300 metres distance for the lead and SEB tries to snatch fourth place off Amer Sports One. Until now every assault was successfully defended.

News Corp is still the most southerly yacht and ASSA ABLOY overtook the Amer Sports Too, who have lost some miles to their stable mates on Amer Sports One as well.

Illbruck is pressing hard not to lose contact to the fleet and stay in the competition.
