New Internet Application

The June 20th Match Race Ranking Release will use the new ISAF On-line Ranking System.

ISAF has been developing an Interactive Website feature, which will make the Olympic and Match Race Ranking Systems live On-Line. As well as being able to see the Rankings on-line as before, you can now see the ranking positions of all skippers over the past year and the events and points that make up the skippers ranking. Over the coming months further improvements and feature will be added to make the system more interactive. Historical results will be available from the ISAF archives and sailor biographies, including results reports. Event organisers will be able to enter their events on-line into the Calendar/Ranking System and then update the results at the end of the regatta. The next Olympic Classes Ranking release on the 28th June will use the new system. It is all part of the Internet Service that ISAF is working to implement, which will link up with the Classification System to produce the ‘ISAF Sailor System’.
