Bantock Leads

The International One Metre World Championship started Sunday.

79 competitors from 15 countries are taking part. All three preliminary races were completed on the first day with light wind from various direction and Race Committee made a great job by making all preliminary races is such conditions, when marks were set differently for almost each heat. On the end of the day, special navigation race “All together” was won by Graham Bantock. Competitors had to run and looking for marks in Omisalj bay. Heat racing starts tomorrow.
