Its All Happening So Slowly Now

Team Adventure has had to keep sailing upwind over the past few hours and has beaten records of slowness.

Crew morale is put to the test in this sort of situation but as Gibraltar is just about 3 days away now, Cam and his crew have now got good reason to be hopeful. Team Adventure is expected in towards 23rd March.

Warta Polpharma is also having to put up with head winds and she will find herself lying further behind the Americans once again. Faithful to her obsession “of not breaking anything now” Roman has decided to sail a longer route. Benefiting from Team Adventure’s experience, The Polish crew has to negotiate her position well if she is to avoid finding herself in head winds. She is expected in Marseille on 29th.

Team Legatto is has slowed once again. Although they have sliced a further 212 miles out of the lead of their Polish rivals on Warta Polpharma over the weekend. Light winds over the weekend have cost them all that they had in the bank as far as maintaining their 320 mile daily average is concerned. Bullimore and his Boys are now carrying a 350 mile overdraft which they must make up once they reach the Trade Winds later this week.
