Started sailing Optimist in 2019, took part in the 2019 Asian and Oceanian Optimist Championship (IODA). Missed out on participating in the 2020 IODA due to Covid pandemic.
Moved to ILCA 4 in August 2021 and represented Sri Lanka at the Asian Championships in Abu Dhabi in 2022 February. Emerged 12th.
Attended the 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗮-𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 in Thailand, October 21-23, 2022.

Sailed at the 2023 ILCA 4 Youth World Championship and emerged 125th.
