At the Sailing World Cup Final being held out of the St Kilda Sailing Precinct in Melbourne, Australia, they are favourites to add the honours to their repertoire of success stories.
On the opening day of competition Belcher and Ryan finished first and second from two races and lead the fleet at the early stages.
