Goals:
My goal is to add value and help ISAF, the Executive and Management in the 4 areas to which I can contribute based on experience, background and track record: Olympic Classes for 2020 and beyond, based on IOCs " Universality and Excellence". How: working closely with relevant Committees, providing guidance, stimulating debates and providing information and insights from different stakeholders. Future Emerging Nations Program, the financing and sustainability, How: Based on the experience of Perth and the 2012-2014 ENP, design and help implement future ENP including better, sustainable financing. New sources of funds, TV and Sponsorship. How: Work closely with the different TV service providers, producers and distributers to reduce production cost, increase WW distribution and improve format and content Governance of ISAF. How: Identify current issues, get outside advice, adopt Best Practices of IFs, IOC Principles of Good Governance in the Areas of Mission Statement, Structure, Processes, People, Stakeholders.
