As a life-long sailor I am committed to working for the global growth of sailing, in particular with youth and emerging nations. I believe ISAF should drive this growth by working with, and enabling, the many organisations within our sport.

My priorities for 2013-2016 are:

Encourage growth
- Provide guidance and services that help nations grow their sailing.
- Establish greater continuity of Event and Equipment pathways.
- Reduce cost of participation.

Ensure ISAF events promote sailing effectively, and deliver value to MNAs, Classes and sailors
- Continue to enhance Olympic sailing.
- Between Olympics, co-ordinate and promote sailing events in conjunction with stakeholders.

Increase ISAF revenues
- Engage with partners who deliver sailing events and services.
- Provide ISAF services that improve event quality and reduce costs for OAs.
- Through the above, develop new revenue streams, and increase the appeal of sailing to sponsors.
