Candidates Goals

It is important to me that we work together to ensure World Sailing remains relevant and modern, and to keep World Sailing financial healthy for a sustainable future.

- Our sport is facing many challenges to attract a younger audience and to become more gender equal. Regardless of our age, we all agree to follow this path, encouraging and supporting more women, and younger sailors to the sport. When implementation time comes, my candidacy by being younger will definitely help

- I would like to ensure some continuity with the previous Board, someone who has an understanding of the organisation, the challenges and opportunities we are facing - I am comfortable and able to deal with the constant demand of calendars, logistics and issues that only someone who is close to the competition would know.

- I am aware that our sport is connected to nature, but that a lot of work still needs to be done to be a "greener, more sustainable sport!" - I truly want to continue to volunteer for sailing, a sport which brings me so much year after year.

- Our world is constantly changing and the proper set of priorities will need to be finalised all together right after the election.

- The above goal will be achieved thanks to my energy and having a constant exchange of ideas with you and all the sailors, along with my current 4 years' experience with the Board

- I retired after four Olympic campaigns in 2016, and therefore I am still actively involved in the youth pathway of our sport and incredibly knowledgeable

- I have the free time to be properly involved for the best of our organisation, our sailors and the future of our sport.
