Youth Olympic Games 2010 - Competition
There are four sailing events contested at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games. In each one the athletes will be competing solo and in fleets of either boys or girls. The events are: One Person Dinghy Boys and One Person Dinghy Girls sailing the Byte CII and Windsurfer Boys and Windsurfer Girls sailing the Techno 293.

All of the athletes are born between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1995 so are aged either 14, 15 and 16 years.

The girl's sails will all display a red or black rhombus so they can be distiguished from the boy's fleets
