Grant DALTON, as a teenager I worked very hard to get on NZ Endeavour at 21 years old, ever since I have been working hard to be the leader of the people he is |

| What does being nominated for the ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year Awards 2006 mean to you? |
Just being nominated is a huge honour. I really feel that I still have such a huge amount to do in the sport, ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year I have followed since it started and it is just amazing to be nominated. |
