ISAF Sailing World Cup Regattas
The ISAF Sailing World Cup brings together the existing major regattas on the Olympic sailing circuit, starting in Australia, before moving to the USA and finishing in Europe. Over 2,000 of the world's leading sailors competed in the first season of the World Cup. By scoring competitors across all regattas included in the season, the ISAF Sailing World Cup offers the definitive guide to the best-of-the-best in the Olympic sailing world.

The first edition of the ISAF Sailing World Cup launched in December 2008. The series kicked off with Sail Melbourne, Australia, followed by the Rolex Miami OCR, USA; the Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia MAPFRE, Palma, Spain; Semaine Olympique Francaise, Hyeres, France; the Delta Lloyd Regatta, Medemblik, The Netherlands; Kiel Week, Germany; and Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta, Weymouth, Great Britain.

Competition at each World Cup regatta is open to the sailing classes chosen for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Sailing Competitions.

2010-2011 ISAF Sailing World Cup

The 2010-2011 ISAF Sailing World Cup is the third edition and introduces a change to the regatta sequence. The final regatta in 2011 will be Kieler Woche in Germany after the dates for Skandia Sail for Gold move to June, after the Delta Lloyd Regatta.
