The 2008 Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship took place in Århus, Denmark from 10-19 July. ISAF supported sailors from 18 nations through the ISAF Athlete Participation Programme which provides funding towards the sailors' entry fees and travel expenses and free coaching support.
