Nicolas Lozano

The Federacion Colombiana de Vela has chosen to send Nicolas LOZANO (COL) to the 2008 Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championships. Nicolas will be making the journey to Aarhus, Denmark on his own and will be looking forward to benefiting from on site training from top coach Jim SALTONSTALL (GBR). This will be Nicolas's first time at the Championship although he has competed at an International level previously. Through receiving the APP funding, ISAF hopes to not only support the Nicolas, but also to transfer skills and knowledge which can be taken home to Colombia to help develop the sport further.
