2. Olympic Scholarshisp for Coaches programme. Sports specific training (option 2) - This medium term funding can be applied for to be used to help develop a particular individual coach - Coaching and managerial / organisational skills will be developed. Candidates would be funded to take part in an extended programme, The ISAF Training Scholarship, where the individual would graduate an 8 week course in the UK with all the relevant qualifications and knowledge to enable them to return to the MNA and deliver high class training and grow the National Programme from a senior position of responsibility within the MNA.

3.Development of National Sports Structure - This funding ($25,000 - $30,000 USD) will help an MNA chosen by the NOC to develop mid to long term action plans for the development of their National sports and coaching structure. Ideal for an MNA with a proven record of success at attending international events and regattas but without much of a developed National Coaching structure in Sailing.
