| Regatta Report forms allow ISAF to monitor the performance of Race Officials at events, in accordance with the ISAF Regulations. They are available to download below.
Completed Regatta Report forms should be return to ISAF using one of the following methods:
- emailed to the ISAF Race Officials Secretary
- faxed to the ISAF Secretariat at: 44 (0) 2380 635789
- sent by mail to the ISAF Secretariat: ISAF (UK) ltd, Ariadne House, Town Quay, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 2AQ, UK
