Russia Sailing Federation hosted the ISAF Race Management Clinic in Togliatti. Mr. Oleg Ilyin, Anna Deyanova and Yana Dobzhitskaya successfully made local hospitality and coordination. The clinic was combined with Russian national championships of classes 420, Laser Radial, Europe plus three more national classes with more than 160 participants.

A total number of 19 attendees, most of them race committee members and regatta office members at the championship. Some with experience in race management and others sailors and coaches interested on start as race officer.

One and a half day of classes where the efforts were addressed on race management procedures, on the water race committee activities and also regatta office tasks. After that one and a half more day with practices on the water including the championship practice race and first day of races.

The aim was let them prepared for the championship and also developing race officers in the region. The facilities offered for run the clinic and also the hospitality and accommodations together with attendee's interest provided an excellent atmosphere during those days.

Special thanks to local coordinators whose efforts and contributions helped to carry the clinic at a proper level.
