Race Management Clinic, Korea

The Clinic was organized by the Korean Sailing Federation and was held at the Korea National Sport University in Seoul. The class room was very modern with all kind of facilities,
36 delegates attended the clinic: sailors, coaches, race officers, judges and measurers.
The power point presentation was translated to Korean. The Clinic was conducted in English with simultaneous translation to Korean.
The first part was given to event preparation and the second part was dedicated to race management on the water to which we devoted more time
The diversity of attendants made the clinic special. The questions and discussions were from very different point of views, which enriched and enhanced the matters.
On the last day, by initiative of the Korean Federation, all the attendants sat an exam. The results were kept by the federation.
